We have a senior position with our IT client looking at DGM level to head their portal technology team. He/She will be leading multi-disciplinary teams such as developers, operations and quality based on Chennai location. Find below the detailed JD.

Position: DGM

Exp: 15 to 20 yrs

Qualification: Any

Required experience and knowledge

Minimum of 5 or more years of experience as a technology leader of a large Internet portal .

2. Demonstrated success in launching excellent products

3. Excellent written and verbal communications

4. Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority

5. Strong demonstrated understanding of user centered interaction design methods, visual design, graphic design and web technology

6. Expert level familiarity with the capabilities of web design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, Flex, CSS, Ajax and DHTML
