Job Description
The job requires some initial exposure in factory working, but not essential.  Stationing at Bangalore.  Requirement is in Marketing, Production Planning & Control, Purchase and Subcontracts, Quality Assurance functions.  Persons will be trained in the latest systems and processes in the Auto component Manufacturing unit on the job and they are expected to head the functions.  He / She has to have a strong desire to acquire knowledge through self reading under guidance and practice what they learn.  They are expected to become functional heads within 3 years and then become CEO of a Profit centre within the next three years.  Persons with sound knowledge of the subjects they learnt and a strong urge to learn further are essential pre-requisites.
